Service Terms

A diagnostic fee of $85 applies to all service calls. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
Pricing is provided upfront before any repair work begins. No work is performed without your approval.

Scheduling

Appointment times are approximate. We will notify you when a technician is en route.
Same-day service is subject to availability.

Limitation of Liability

Northridge Appliance Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects beyond the scope of the repair, or issues arising after the warranty period.
